SIGN UP FOR CLASSES

By completing the form, you are agreeing to be charged your first month’s tuition at sign up and continue to pay the monthly tuition on the 1st of every month. Tuition may be paused or cancelled upon request before the 1st of the month. (Schedule can also be viewed at bottom of this page).

Please include a Back Up Class option in case your first class option does not have availability. If a class is full, you may join the waitlist and/or take a back up class in the meantime.
