SIGN UP FOR A TRIAL CLASS

By completing this form, you are registering for a Trial Class at Actors Playground. You agree to attend a trial class and notify us afterward whether you would like to officially enroll.

A card is required to hold your spot in the class and will not be charged unless you choose to enroll.

After attending the trial, please email us to let us know if you or your child will be continuing in the class. If you choose not to continue, no payment is owed. If you do decide to keep the spot, tuition is $180 per month. If enrollment begins mid-month, the first month’s tuition will be prorated.
