SIGN UP FOR A TRIAL CLASS

By completing this form, you are registering for a Trial Class at Actors Playground.

A trial class allows you or your child to attend one class before officially enrolling. After the trial, please email us to let us know whether you would like to continue.

Enrollment is not official until registration is completed and the first month's tuition has been paid.

If you choose not to continue after the trial, no payment is owed. If you decide to enroll, tuition is $180 per month. If enrollment begins mid-month, you will pay the full first month's tuition, and your second month's tuition will be prorated to account for the missed classes.
