Rolling Admission - Students are welcome to sign up at any time, as long as there is space available in the class.

Each class meets once a week. Students may sign up for 1, 2, or unlimited classes (3+).

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

ACTING TECHNIQUE
This class offers a conservatory style curriculum and atmosphere with a primary focus on acting for television and film. Through exercises, scene study, and ensemble work students will explore the work of some of the most renowned teachers and their techniques.

ACTING TECHNIQUE FOR THE YOUNG ACTOR
This class offers a fun and challenging exploration of creativity. Through exercises, scene study, group work, and improvisation, the class will cover a wide array of modern acting techniques and styles for theater, film, and television.

VOICE & MOVEMENT FOR THE ACTOR
This unique and challenging class focuses on a variety of acting techniques with a concentration on conservatory level voice and movement. Emphasis is placed on developing an understanding of the actor’s body and voice as instruments of expression and communication and applying it to character work and scene study. The course introduces and utilizes a wide range of physical, vocal, and speech exercises, as well as textual analysis techniques, all aimed at increasing vocal and physical expressivity, expanding range, and jumpstarting the creative imagination.

• When do classes begin and end?

  Classes begin September 9th, 2024 and end June 21st, 2025.

• How often does each class meet?

  Each class meets once a week.

• Can I sign up for more than 1 class?

  Students have the option to take 1, 2, or unlimited (3+) classes per week, depending on class availability.

• Can I sign up at any time?

  It is rolling admission, students can sign up at any time during the year, depending on class availability. Classes do fill up and some are already closed.

• How does tuition work?

  Tuition is paid monthly on the 1st of the month, at sign up credit card is provided for the monthly tuition. Tuition is a monthly rate, not based on the amount of classes in a month. For more information on tuition: click here.

• What happens if I miss a class?

  If you miss a class, you are credited a make up class. Absences can be made up at any time during the Sept-June year. Make ups do not expire and students can make up classes in any of the classes in their age range. Make up classes cannot be used during the Summer Schedule. You can email us to schedule a make up class.

• Can I join if I am a beginner/new to acting?

  Absolutely! Beginners are welcome to join any class in their age range as long as the class does not say Closed.

• When I sign up, am I contracted to stay until June? Can my subscription be paused?

  Most students do attend the full year, but there are no contracts. Since it is rolling admission, subscriptions can be paused or canceled upon request (before the 1st of the month).
